Acrylic Resin
Acrylic is a crystal clear rigid thermoplastic. Acrylic has relatively poor chemical resistance and is relatively brittle.
Acrylic is often used for lenses because of its excellent clear plastic resins properties.
There are high impact grades of acrylic on the market but they lose some of their clarity.
